''TURKEY''

'' Land Of Endless Culture And History''

Dear Friends,

I have been leading, lecturing and guiding groups and individuals for 12 years. Among these tours, I have also guided and lectured very expert groups such as the Smithsonian Institute of Archeology Groups, SAGA Road Scholar Groups and also very specialised tours such as On the Food Steps of St. Paul, The Seven Churches of Asia Minor and Jewish Heritage, Ottoman Culture or Byzantium Remainings.

As much as my customers, I also learned a lot during those years and I realised, no matter how much we know, there are still things that we can learn from other people.

The basis of our job is the love of the human being and the understanding in the needs of the people and solving their problems with the same care and attention as I am solving our own problems. Moreover, instead of seeing our customers as numbers, treating them as they are human beings rather than statistics. I put great emphasis on the human aspect of my tours. Participants interact with a variety of local people and places. Depending on the schedule, I also do spontaneous visits to local places such as a local house or a local mosque or a school. Sometimes I just act like a translator and translate the words and feelings of the local people. These things make my tours quite uniqe.

I believe my satisfaction is based on customer satisfaction. And the best advertisement for my country is your words shared with your friends. That makes me working harder to meet your needs during the tours. As you can hear from your friends, all of my customers start my tours as a customer and finish the tour as one of my friends.

One of my biggest wishes is having the pleasure to show you my own country and get more friends from all over the world.

With best wishes,

Bora Yazkan
